Community Paddlesport Assistant (Jack Petchey Intern)
£25,207pa 35hrs/wk 12month fixed contract
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team and assist with the delivery of paddlesports sessions across our Clubs and services, to assist more young people to engage with our formal and informal activities, get active and improve their physical and mental wellbeing. The role does not need any prior qualifications, as NGB training and qualifications will be provided, but a passion for outdoor activities and helping young people to achieve their goals and become the best that they can be is a must. This role is a twelve-month paid Internship to begin in March 2025, supported by the Jack Petchey Foundation, paid at the London Living Wage and including a £1,000 training allowance.

Inclusion Officer
£27,300pa 35hrs/wk permanent
We are looking for an enthusiastic Inclusion Officer to encourage and enable young people with disabilities to take part fully in our activities, run our two after-school Sports Clubs for young people with disabilities and ensure that Inclusion remains at the heart of what we do.

Minibus Driver and Support Worker
£15/hr 12hrs/week
We are looking for a mini-bus driver, who holds a current D or D1 driving license for our Sports Clubs for young people with disabilities on Monday and Thursdays 2.30pm-8.30pm. The role includes driving the Club's 17 seater minibus to pick up young people from school or home, bringing them to the Club, driving to activities, helping support them to take part and taking them home. You would be part of a wider Inclusion team, delivering a much needed service.

Trustee - Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead (Volunteer role)
There is an open position on our Management Committee for an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Trustee Lead. We are looking for someone with lived experience and who belongs to at least one of the protected characteristics. Your role would be to promote and support inclusive leadership throughout Laburnum Boat Club as part of the Equity Diversity & Inclusion strategy, support the wider trustees in developing their individual and collective understanding of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and that it is regularly considered throughout all relevant debates.
